These terms apply to use of ardito.co.uk, its digital products, and any paid services purchased directly through the site. By purchasing a product or booking a session, you're agreeing to these terms.
A release management and artist development service run by Laura. Digital products, the Playbook, the Bundle, Pitch Review, are self-serve resources built from real campaign experience. Strategy Calls and Full Management are direct services agreed separately.
Anything purchased through Gumroad is for your own personal or artist use. It's not for resale, redistribution, or sharing outside your own project. Your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law aren't affected by these terms, including your rights around digital content that doesn't work as described. Note that for digital content delivered immediately on purchase, you may be asked to agree to lose the standard cancellation right in exchange for immediate access, as is normal for this kind of product. If something isn't working as it should, contact [email protected] and it'll be sorted.
Prices are shown on the relevant product or service page. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Digital products are purchased through Gumroad, and payment processing is subject to Gumroad's own terms.
Ardito gives advice, tools, and strategy based on real experience. Streams, placements, press pickups, and campaign results depend on far more than any one tool or session, and nothing here is a guarantee of a specific outcome.
These website terms cover the self-serve digital products, Strategy Calls, and Pitch Review, bought directly through the site. Anything beyond that, an ongoing development relationship or Full Management, isn't governed by these terms. It's agreed separately, in writing, in a direct agreement between the artist and Ardito, with its own scope.
Ardito owns the content, templates, and systems behind its tools and playbooks. Purchasing a product gives a license to use it, not ownership of the material itself. Your own music, masters, and image remain entirely yours, always.
Ardito isn't liable for lost streams, missed placements, or income, since these depend on many things outside anyone's control. This doesn't limit liability for anything that can't legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
These terms may be updated over time, with the date above reflecting the most recent version.
